To switch memberships plans, follow the steps below:

• Scroll down to the 'Account Plan Details' section or click on "Plan Details" in the navigation menu.

• Click the grey 'Cancel' button to the right of the plan you want to cancel.

• You will then be taken to the Account Options page where you can select 'Switch.'

• Click 'Save.'

To cancel your account, first, you need to go to your dashboard. Then, click on "Manage Account" on the left side of your screen. Scroll down to the "Plan Info" section and click "Cancel" on the plans you would like to cancel.

If you signed up for a membership plan you will be billed $6.48 or $6.87 (depending on your search plan) for the first 3 days and then $28.94 or $28.97 monthly (every 30 days) depending on your search plan. If you sign up for a Search Specialist, you will be billed $397.00 one time.

Depending on how backlogged they are, it can take up to 1 week to get the information removed. You will need to verify your email address and submit all URLs with your information. Please note that only pages that contain your information will be removed. You will need to go into each individual URL and submit the URL for removal. Also, note that removing a URL from their site doesn't remove your information through public records or any other public websites. This is where the information is collected from. To control what's available online, you will need to go into each public site that you have profiles on and make sure and adjust your privacy settings.

To change your password, sign in to your account and go to your dashboard. On the left side of your screen, click on "Manage Account." Then, click on the "Contact and Security" tab and scroll down to where it says "Change Password." First, enter your old password followed by the new password you wish to use. Once you are done with this, your password should be changed immediately.
