To cancel your paid subscription, log into your Smilebox account, and follow the steps below:

• Go to Settings by clicking on your personal icon on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.

• Click Cancel Subscription on the My Plan.

• Confirm your choice to cancel the subscription (complete all steps) and stop it from renewing.

• You can check the cancellation, by returning to your Account Settings page. You will see a notification of the date your subscription will end. You will not be billed again unless you re-subscribe.

Currently, if you have an active Pro subscription, you cannot change it until your subscription ends. Therefore, they suggest that you schedule your Pro subscription to cancel, and after the cancellation date, subscribe to a new Premium subscription.

Note: If you have made creations using Pro and you would like to use them without the Smilebox Ending Slide, you must download them to your computer before your Pro subscription ends. Once it does and you go to the My Creations tab, all your creations will no longer play without the Smilebox Ending, as the removal of it, is a Pro feature.

They do not offer this option at present. Currently, they have subscriptions for monthly or yearly payments. If you would like to just make one card or creation then you can choose the monthly option. Simply be sure to cancel prior to the next renewal date. Monthly has the option to cancel each month.

This will not affect your current status and you will have the features you have paid for until the next renewal date at which time it will renew or cancel depending on what you choose.
