Skout Organic cannot process exchanges due to food safety regulations, however, if you have found another item on their site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. Skout Organic will notify you via e-mail when the return has been refunded. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless they are the result of an error by Skout Organic.
Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of their delivery date and accompanied with proof of purchase (order number, order confirmation, PO#). In order to receive a full refund, no more than 3 bars may be missing from each tray.
