Once your order is assigned a tracking number, you will receive a confirmation email with the number. If you have not received this email within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order, please contact their Customer Care department with your order confirmation number to obtain your tracking number. Once you have the tracking number, your order can be tracked via UPS.com. Orders shipped to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS and can be tracked via USPS.com.

To return your unused products for a refund please follow these steps: Notify them within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the goods for a refund, or within 30 days if the goods are faulty. Detach the Returns Label from the top of the return form. Complete the return form with the item which is being returned.

Unfortunately, Skagen doesn't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed as soon as they've received your unwanted items.

Skagen 2-year international warranty covers the internal movement, hands, and dial. External components, such as the band, case, and crystal, as well as the battery, are not included in the warranty.
