Be sure to include the jewellery item, style, name, gemstone-type and the price. They will credit your account for the amount of the returned jewellery, then charge you for the replacement silver jewellery and your new jewellery will be on its way to your door.
If you would like your jewellery to be exchanged faster - just order your new jewellery online and also mail your return jewellery to them. Your new jewellery will arrive in 2-3 business days, and, when they receive your returned jewellery, they will credit your card for the amount of purchase.
A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back your order in the form the payment was received.
