Silkies accepts all of the major Credit/Debit Cards.

Unfortunately, Silkies is unable to ship Worldwide. Silkies only ship to the contiguous state of the U.S.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of their site. Then under My Orders, click on the "Review orders/track packages" link to track your order.

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as their warehouse which is South Carolina.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of their site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities/cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Most items ship the next business day. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of their site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping, and handling. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of receipt. If an item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please let them know. Contact Customer Service at 1-877-343-3467 or CustomerService@Silkies.com before you return the item so they can assist you with return shipping fees and a replacement.
