• For a pre-ordered item, refer to the pre-order date in red on the product page, in the bag and on your order confirmation for an approximate shipping date.

• The pre-order date is approximate and is not guaranteed. If the style you ordered is delayed in production, they will notify you as soon as possible.

Each return policy is noted on the product page, in your Bag and in Checkout. When the item is Final Sale, it will be noted in those places red. Item must be returned new, unworn, with tags and in original condition. ShopBAZAAR partners reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements. ShopBAZAAR track the number of returns made by individual customers, and excessive returns will be flagged and potentially refused at their discretion.

Once your item is received and approved by the vendor, ShopBAZAAR will credit your refund to the original payment method less any shipping costs. Depending on your bank, you will see the refund five (5) to ten (10) business days after their partner receives the return.
