Once your order has been packed and has left their warehouse, you will receive an email with all of your tracking details. SHEIKE account holders can also access these details by going to my orders and choosing the shipments tab in your online account.
International orders are shipped using either Express Courier International with Australia Post or SEKO and will be delivered by the local postal service once in the destination country.
Yes, they do. Please make sure that the business name and details are correct when placing the order. This will make it easier for the delivery driver to find you.
Once an order has been processed they are not able to make any changes, sorry about that! If an order has not been processed yet, they may be able to cancel it for you so you can replace your order correctly.
