Yes, as long as the tickets haven't been used at the park. Simply log in with the e-mail address you used to purchase the tickets and click on Order History. You can reprint your eTickets or reservation confirmations there.
If your passes were forgotten, please proceed to Guest Services at the front of the park. Lost passes will be replaced for a $5.00 plus tax fee.
To cancel your vacation package reservation, please call them. You can cancel without any fees at least 72 hours prior to your vacation package reservation arrival date.
In the event of cancellation, the right to a refund is limited. They can be reached at 215-702-3566 If a vacation package is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to 6 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival, the cost of the vacation package is refundable.

Sesame Place is a children's theme park in Pennsylvania featuring characters from the popular children's television show of the same name. Thousands of children and their parents have gone through the park's gates since it first opened in 1980.
It has an onsite water park that opens in the summer and opens every year in the spring. Around Halloween and Christmas, as well as other times of the year, special activities and events are held at Sesame Place. In the park, Elmo, Big Bird, and all of your other favourite characters come to life.
