The standard delivery is 5-7 business days, with no express deliveries. Delivery times are counted as soon as the order leaves their warehouse.
First, you have a period of 30 days following the reception of your order to inform them of your wish to return part or all of your order. You must then return the items to them within that 30-day period. Customers are responsible for returns as they do not provide a shipping label. Refunds are applied 7-10 business days after the shipment is returned.
Once they have received your returned item, they will refund the returned items via the payment method used when ordering. If you return only some of the products ordered and not all of them, the delivery costs will not be refunded, only the returned product will then be refunded to you.
