You can use either network shares or login scripts to do so. This will silently install across all your network computers without any additional actions necessary. For more assistance please contact their staff.
First, you want to make sure you have set the viewer to refresh automatically. To do this just select a refresh rate then click the 'Start Real-time Updates' button. If you are still not receiving any new information then there simply isn't anything new to show you. When the viewer is refreshing, each time the counter reaches 0 it will check for new information and display any that it finds.
