If you do need to cancel an order, please contact their support team via Live Chat or telephone during normal business hours. If they're not able to prevent your order from shipping, simply open the package and apply the return label included inside the package, then drop it off at your local UPS location. Don't forget to cross out existing labels and seal the package.

If you are not satisfied with your product purchased from Scosche, you may return it for a full refund within the 60-day return period (from the shipment date). Each package includes a prepaid shipping label to return your item(s) for a hassle-free refund. *Note: original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Follow the following returns instructions:

• Place the item you wish to return in the original shipping box, if possible.

• Include the packing slip if possible and completed Return Form.

• Include all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories, if possible.

• Close the box and secure it with packing tape or a similar adhesive.

Cross out existing shipping labels (if using original shipping box) and apply the attached UPS return label to the outside of the original box.

Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 12:00 PM PST. They cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. They will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however, part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability.
