One of the first signs that ScalpMed is working is that you will see some temporary shedding of hair during the first few weeks. Orders can be returned within 120 days of the order receipt date, for a credit or refund of the purchase price only (less applicable shipping/handling fees and Duties, Taxes Fees for Canadian Orders). In order to receive a refund, the customer must (1) contact customer service at (800) 351-6648 and request and obtain a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number within the 120 day period. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the package to Celmatrix Corporation.
