Items sent back must be sent back in the original box (if shoes are purchased send them back in the original shoe box) original packaging and tags attached to clothing, ensure you put your items in a shipping box and attach your shipping label. All returns and exchanges will only be accepted in the country of the original purchase. They do not do cross-border returns.
