Refunds are offered on all orders received back to us within 14 days of your delivery date.
Store Credit is offered on all orders received back to them within 30 days of your delivery date. Any items received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
Theyβre unable to accept returns beyond 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to them after 30 days may be returned to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows βDELIVERED.β
