Royal Apparel accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of an order and their warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which Royal Apparel will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with Royal Apparel customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

Subject to the exclusions set out in these Terms & Conditions if you're not completely happy with any product, Royal Apparel exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to them within 21 days of delivery in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached. Please make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear, and when trying on bras or other garments avoid makeup or lotions coming into contact with the item. You must take reasonable care of any Products that you wish to return and not use them or remove any hygiene seal. They will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession.

If you choose to return any Products to Royal Apparel, they will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, they recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned Products are lost or damaged in transit, they reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.
