Your payment history is where you can get payment details for every stay or walk you’ve booked. You can access your payment history anytime in your Rover account.
Your card is charged at the time of booking, similar to reserving a flight. You will see an authorization charge for the transaction, but this will drop off within 3 to 5 business days.
Sitters and walkers manage their own rates on Rover, and the total cost of a booking will vary depending on the service, the sitter’s rates, and your own booking needs.
Refunds and compensation are assessed individually from case to case. When it comes to reimbursement for services, they require owners and dog and cat attendants to try to find a solution together before filing a claim for compensation.
