All shipping costs for unframed artworks are calculated and charged by the artist. Shipping prices can vary depending on the artwork type, size, and weight, or where the artist and your delivery address are in the world. Shipping charges due for your order are added at checkout.
Their estimated delivery times are usually between 3โ7 working days for unframed orders and 10โ14 working days for framed orders. This can vary depending on where in the world the artist is based and where your delivery address is.
If you change your mind after placing your order, get in touch with them at shop@riseart.com or give them a call at +44 (0)208 629 1525, and they will do their best to cancel it before the artist ships. If your order is cancelled the same day itโs placed, your card will not be charged.
If youโd like to return your artwork, please notify them within 14 days of receiving your order.
They will arrange for a courier to collect the artwork and return it to the artist, with all return shipping costs covered by them.
Refunds back to your card will take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
