RescueBox accepts payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

If you cancel your subscription after the renewal date (the 12th of each month) your FUTURE renewal will be cancelled.

For Example: If you have a 1-month subscription and cancel it on or after the 12th of the month, you will still receive one more box. However, you will not receive a box the following month.

Good news - you will still receive all of your boxes! Their system will know to cancel future recurring charges after your subscription period ends.

Shipping is free within the continental USA! There’s a low fee of only $5.95 to Alaska and Hawaii. We’re currently only shipping to USA (excluding Guam and Puerto Rico) only but are looking forward to expanding overseas in the near future!

They do not offer full or partial refunds for their subscription service, and they do not accept returned items. If your subscription has already started, they will not provide a partial refund for your remaining subscription term. They do understand that there are extenuating circumstances and will do their best to provide a solution to problems on a case by case basis!
