If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from ravesports.com, you may return it to them in its original unopened package. During the holiday season, they have extended their return window to 60 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund. They will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping charges if those apply) to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Original shipping costs (if applicable) and return shipping costs will be the purchaser's expense. Items may not be returned after the 60-day post-purchase period has expired. This policy applies to items purchased from ravesports.com and does not apply to products purchased through their retail partners.

If the item delivered does not match your order or is damaged, please contact Customer Service. Their customer service team will assist you with the necessary steps to process a possible return, refund, repair or replacement. They will ask you to send them a photo of any damage to assist in taking appropriate action. They will require you to hold the item until collection or resolution is completed, as it might be necessary to return the item to us.

It is best to reuse the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the product back to them. Write the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label - THIS IS REQUIRED - or your shipment will be refused and returned to you.
