Please follow the below steps to update your credit card information:

*Select the Login button on the upper right corner.

*Under your account, you will see "billing information".

*Under billing information, you can view your payment source, update your card, and even change your billing address if you have moved.

If you would like to upgrade your membership from seasonal to annual you are able to do so during specific periods of the season. Unfortunately, you are not able to upgrade during the billing period or shipping period.

To upgrade your membership please follow the steps below:

*Select the Login button on the upper right corner.

*Select "membership & perks", the second tab at the top of your account dashboard.

*You will see your current plan listed as "Pay-As-You-Go".

*Select "Edit Subscription".

*You will then be prompted to select "upgrade your membership!"

*Select "Upgrade Membership" in the next window!

*You will now see that your current plan is listed as "Prepay for 1 Year".

If you need help upgrading, please contact them.

Yes! All subscriptions auto-renew unless noted for cancellation. If you would like to cancel, please review our cancellation policy in their FAQs or email them at boxofstyle@zoemg.com!

When you place your order, you are only able to use one form of payment. They do not offer the option to split the payment between multiple cards or payment methods.

Unfortunately, they do not offer the option to exchange items as every box is individually curated.
