b] What if something is missing in my box?

No worries, because they do have multiple locations, they often will ship your order in different packages. Pure Upscale try their best to avoid this because it can be inconvenient for you but they do it in order to get you the goods faster. If they are shipping in multiple packages, they will always email you the multiple tracking so that you can keep track of each package.

Pure Upscale want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and try to be as flexible as possible. If you don’t like the fit or design, they are happy to take back (most) items. Due to health regulations they are not allowed to take back items considered intimate apparel and must assume they have been tried on. You are welcome to return items for an exchange, refund or store credit.
