PRPS accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

They pride themselves in processing and shipping all orders as fast as possible. Once your order has been placed, you can track your order at any time by logging into My Account and searching your recent orders. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that will contain the tracking information.

Unfortunately, they cannot guarantee the availability of an item at a later time. Please complete your order as soon as possible to reserve the items.

All products returned will be processed as a return and a refund will be processed. If you need to exchange, they recommend you place a new order with them and return the original product for a refund.

They are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to New York, New Jersey, and California. Sales tax will not be added for shipments to any other US state or territory.

In order to return any item, you must contact their Customer Service Department for an RA number. You will be asked to supply the following information:

*Order number

*Full name

*Phone number

*Email address

*Mailing address

*Reason for the return

Once your return has been authorized (typically within two (2) business days), you will be provided with an RA number. Please write the RA number on both the inside and outside of the original package.
