Prep Sportswear accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. They do not accept payment by Purchase Order or check.

It will take around 7-10 business days to custom produce your order, once completed it will ship via U.S. Postal Service mail from their facility in Louisville, Kentucky, which have an average of 2-3 business days to deliver within the contiguous U.S. International orders typically average 7 to 14 days after shipping to deliver.

Click the Track Order link at the bottom of the page. If you checked out as a guest, input your order number, the last name on the shipping address and the zip code of the shipping address. If you have an account, you can pull up your full order history.

Products purchased on Prep Sportswear are custom made and printed just for you. Therefore, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Click on Help then Track Order link at the bottom left of the page to pull up your order. In the order details on the lower left, click Cancel This Order. You’ll see the status of the order change to Cancelled. You may also contact them for help with cancelling your order. However, please contact them within 2 hours of placing your order for them to guarantee the cancellation of your order.

Prep Sportswear do not accept returns since all products purchased on Prep Sportswear are custom made and printed just for you. They do allow for exchanges if one of the following criteria are met:

*Your item has manufacturer damage or defect

*Your item was damaged in shipment

Please contact them within 15 days of receiving your order, so they may assist you. Attaching an image of the item in question will also allow them to resolve the matter quickly. If you have any other questions, please let them know and they will be happy to help.
