Orders placed before 5.00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)

All new goods supplied by the supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated).

Please make sure they receive your returned items, within 17 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method. If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), they reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. They may instead return your purchase to you. Prior to sending it, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location. No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase. Refunds can only be given for products that are returned to them in their original condition. They cannot issue a refund for any item which has been opened or used.
