Pott'd accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, Maestro, and PayPal.

You should receive an email confirmation once your order is completed. Please allow 15 minutes to receive this and check your junk/spam folders.

They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you have received a damaged or incomplete item please let them know.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to a UK address.

If your return is accepted, they’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Orders received by 12pm will be delivered the following working day. Shipping days exclude bank holidays & weekends

They use a third-party card processing system. If your payment was refused, please try again with a different card and check your bank account and card are working correctly.
