• Once your return has been received at their Sydney warehouse, their returns team will process it within 24-48 hours.
• You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
• The refund will be sent via the original payment method you used.
• If the value of your order being returned exceeds $1,000 AUD, you will be charged import duties & taxes. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
