Polynesian Cultural Center accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners Club, and JCB.
The Polynesian Cultural Center provides guests with a limited number of wheelchairs and scooters available at their customer service desk near the front entrance. The Polynesian Cultural Center also provides guests with a limited number of wheelchairs on a first-come-first-served basis. There is a $20.00 deposit fee, $10.00 of which will be refunded when the wheelchair is returned. To reserve a wheelchair, please contact the customer care centre.
The lost and found department is located at the customer service centre in the Hukilau Marketplace at the entrance to the Polynesian Cultural Center.
Accessible parking is available near the main entrance to the centre. Guests parking in handicapped-designated parking spaces must have a government-issued permit. Handicapped parking stalls are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests can cancel their reservations any time prior to 5:00 pm Hawaiian Standard Time (HST) the day before your activity date without penalty. Cancellations or N0-Shows with no notification after 5:00 pm HST the day before your activity date will be charged in full with no refund.
Guests with pre-purchased tickets can upgrade their tickets at any time prior to their visit or they can do so upon arrival at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Please note that ticket upgrades are based on space availability.
