Orders are processed by their warehouse within 2 business days of receipt and typically take 2-4 business days to ship to the customer via USPS.

PHOOZY warrants their products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (Warranty Period). Normal "wear and tear" is not covered by Product Warranty. Please contact them with warranty questions at info@phoozy.com.

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days from receipt (with the exception of *Clearance items). Please include the original packaging and include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange. PHOOZY strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3-4 business days of receipt. Please allow several business days for credits to be posted to your account. You will receive an email once your return or exchange has been processed.
