You can return any Philips Hue product within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Contact the Meethue Support Phone Center to request a refund. The call center will send you a return order number and shipping label to return the product. You will receive a confirmation email once the returned product is received. Note that they will refund the product’s purchase price as well as the original shipping cost. They reserve the right to charge for any missing accessories or parts from the product to the card you used for the original purchase.
