Yes, Petlibro accepts returns, Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

The returning item must meet the following requirements ;

• Returns must include the original packaging, all accessories, user manual, quick start guide, etc.
• Returns of Cat Climbing Shelf products are subject to the following conditions: your product must be in its original packaging, complete with accessories, and in the same condition as it was received.
• For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and Petlibro refunds the cost of the product itself.
