Peach Marketplace accepts all the major Credit cards.

At this time, they are not able to offer custom designs or add anything to a current design (print underneath or on the back).

Peach Marketplace ship via USPS First Class mail. Peach Marketplace strives to ship your order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Acworth, GA. First Class mail typically takes 3-5 business days; however, with complications from COVID-19, they have seen shipping times greatly impacted and some orders take several weeks to arrive. Please reach out to USPS with your tracking number for help with shipping updates. Peach Marketplace are not able to see anything beyond what tracking shows on their website.

Peach Marketplace are not able to make changes to orders once they’re placed. Please double-check ALL of your information including the shipping address and order details before submitting the order. Peach Marketplace try to ship as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days. If you reach out to them and the label has not been printed, they can cancel/refund the order and have you re-order. If the label has already been printed (if you have received a shipping email), they won’t be able to cancel the order or make changes.

Please send an email with a photo of the damage to support@peachmarketplace.com. Peach Marketplace do their very best to replace the item right away. If we are out of stock of that item, they will issue a refund, but a replacement is their top priority. In some instances, they do require that the item is sent back to them for further inspection. This greatly helps them with quality control. Peach Marketplace will let you know if they are sending a return label. You may re-use the bag it came in, and leave it in your mailbox for USPS to send back to them.

For exchanges, please follow the instructions for returns (14-day window, unwashed, unworn, etc.) and send them back to the same address with a note with your name, order number, and that you would like an exchange/store credit. With exchanges, they do not cover your shipping cost to send the item back, but you’ll receive the full price paid in a gift card/store credit that will be emailed to you to re-order from their website.

All shirts must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, no tags removed) and postmarked back to them within 14 days of receiving the item. Peach Marketplace is a small business doing its best to keep costs low, and they are unable to cover return shipping or refund original shipping costs. Peach Marketplace will refund the cost of your item back to the original form of payment. Please include a note with your return that includes your name and order number and send it back to :
