Patrick Ta accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Apple pay. They do not accept Cash, Personal Checks, Money orders, or Cash-On-Delivery.

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Texas. For orders shipped to other states, your states, your state, and or municipal government may require you to declare your purchase and directly pay appropriate sales tax amounts to them.

They are unable to cancel or modify an order after it's been submitted since they aim to process all orders as soon as possible. If you have any questions about your order, please email help@patrickta.com.

For security, they are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.

Unused products from their online shop may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date marked on the packing slip enclosed with your order. Patrick Ta has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously used. Return Authorization must be obtained prior to any returns or refunds. The product must be returned in its original packaging. To request return authorization for a purchase made directly on their online store, please email them at help@patrickta.com for return instructions. Patrick Ta is not responsible for return shipping costs or reimbursement of lost packages without proof of delivery. Patrick Ta is unable to process exchanges all returns and sales be completed as separate transactions.
