Patagonia accepts all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.

Patagonia ships within the countries that are available during the checkout process.

All orders placed on Patagonia.com.au and Patagonia.co.nz are shipped using Australia Post services, where orders are dispatched from their Victorian distribution centre (VIC postcode 3030). Calculate delivery times here. All orders placed by 11 a.m. AEST Monday through Friday are normally processed within 2–3 business days. Public holidays and high-volume times of year may cause a slight delay to regular processing. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, Australia Post is extremely busy, so scan events are minimal, and they are experiencing extended delivery periods at the moment. Standard Parcel Post or Express Post is used for Australian orders. Please choose standard shipping whenever possible for the least environmental impact.

Patagonia does not set a time limit on returns, though they ask that returns for fit or colour be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached.

Patagonia accepts both current season and discounted items for return. Items purchased from a Patagonia retail store that are new and have tags attached can be exchanged, returned for a refund, or given as a gift card by filling out the Return Form and providing the receipt. If items are purchased online, please go to their online returns portal. When items have been purchased from an authorised dealer, please contact their store for a return or exchange.
