ParkSleepFly partners with privately owned and operated hotels across the US and Canada to allow customers to compare and reserve hotel and parking packages online. Once your reservation is confirmed, all you have to do is drive to the hotel and check in at the front desk. Then relax and have a great trip.

You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the time of booking for a full refund. Reservations cancelled after 24 hours have passed since the time of booking will be refunded the total amount paid online minus the service fee and other penalties incurred by the hotel. They are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date.

For many reservations, the prepaid deposit amount is refundable once you provide them with the hotel’s cancellation number.

If you need to make a room change to your reservation, please use the Contact them tab to get in touch with customer service. Be sure to include your name, reservation ID number, and requested change. They will contact the hotel on your behalf to make sure they can accommodate your request. In some instances, it may be necessary to cancel the reservation and submit a new one for the preferred room type.
