Pai-Shau accepts all major Debit and Credit Cards.

Pai-Shau ships within the USA and Canada.

Once your order ships they will email you a shipping confirmation which will include your tracking information. Clicking that link will take you to your carrier's tracking information.

If you have placed an order but have not yet received an email saying your order has shipped, contact them and they will do their best to accommodate you. If the order has already shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. If you are trying to make an exchange after you have placed your order but before it has shipped, they will cancel your order and have you re-order the new item you are wishing to purchase.

In their continued efforts to maintain the quality of their products, at this time, items cannot be refunded or returned. In the case of products arriving damaged, please contact info@pai-shau.com within 48 hours of receiving their package.

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
