Are you not satisfied with your order? Let them know within 30 days of shipment and they will refund your money. This does not apply to customization unless a manufacturing defect can be proven. Let them know within 30 days of receiving your order that you are not satisfied with your purchase and they will gladly exchange your order. This is not possible with customization unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect. If you want to exchange your item because you are dissatisfied, this is only possible if it is unused and undamaged. Free exchange is only possible for orders within the EU. If you want to return a carpet, you must first report this to Online Carpets. Returns are free for orders over β¬150.
In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, they offer a 5-year warranty on their carpets under normal use. Please note that the guarantee amount is adjusted based on the age of the carpet.
