They use vacuum-sealed packaging to keep their food fresh, without using any preservatives or chemicals. They recommend storing your packs in the freezer, they will last up to 6 months unopened.

After you put your packs in the refrigerator, the food will be good to serve your dog for up to 4 days. Always remember to put the food packs in your Ollie puptainer to preserve the freshness of the food.

Gently-Baked

Once opened, they recommend you use the food within six weeks.

You sure can, Most of their packaging is recyclable or made out of recyclable material.

Their food packs come with an easy-peel seal, which makes them non-recyclable and should be disposed of in the trash.

The bags used for their Gently Baked Bites are recyclable through a store drop-off program. You can follow the QR code or website listed on the back of the packaging to find a location near you.

Their liner, which helps keep your dog's food cold, is curbside recyclable.

Their puptainer, bowl, and cups/fresh utensils are all BPA-free

They've also reduced customer shipments, sending more food less frequently to minimize their paw-print on the planet.

Their food is shipped on a regular schedule according to your meal plan. Because of the transition period we recommend, you may have some extra food left over between your first and second boxes. They do everything they can to ensure your food is delivered on the same day. However, that date may change if there is a major holiday or when there's inclement weather. You can make adjustments to your upcoming shipments from your account page.

Suppose you need to make any changes to your order, whether that's switching a recipe, adding snacks to your box, or changing a delivery date. In that case, you can make those adjustments on your account page - just do so before your 'cutoff' date - or about 4-5 days before your next order ships. You can skip a delivery and reschedule up to 6 weeks at a time.

They have a variety of plans with different frequencies that are available for you to select to best accommodate your schedule. Once subscribed, Ollie is easy to manage right from your account page. From there, you can delay an order, adjust your meal plan, edit your pup's info and much more. You can also cancel your pup's subscription on your own at any time from the 'My info' page of your account.

To cancel your subscription (Turn off auto-renew):

• Click on My Info on the top of the screen

• Scroll down and click on My Subscriptions and unsubscribe each dog by clicking Cancel Subscription on the right. (You will need to unsubscribe each dog individually if you have multiple dogs on your account)
