Once your order has been shipped, they'll send you an email with the tracking information. You can also go into Your Account > Order History. Once you're on this page, you'll see "Track Shipments". You may notice that when you open your tracking email, the package will be in "Label Created". In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. Please allow 24 hours.

Once your order has shipped, they will send you an email with a tracking number and link, which you can easily access to see how much longer you have to wait before your package arrives. If for some reason this isn't enough, please contact their Customer Experience Team at 1-800-558-6887 and they'll crack this nut together.

They're a New Jersey based company, but they have distribution centers throughout the United States. If there is a distribution centre closest to you, they ship out your orders from the closest centre to you whenever possible. Every so often, they may run out of a particular product in the location nearest you and ship your entire order from New Jersey, which would take a bit longer to get to you.

While they get your order out the door as soon as possible, delays are certainly possible. Currently, all couriers are experiencing delays due to increased volume, inclement weather, staffing shortages at major courier hubs, and the list goes on.

Their delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. They kindly ask that you please allow an additional 2-3 business days, depending on the courier, for your package to arrive. If for any reason it does not arrive, please reach out to them as soon as possible and they'll do whatever it takes to make things right.

Since their fulfillment center processes orders quickly there is a limited time frame to cancel and modify orders.

• If your order has already shipped or delivered, they cannot process any cancellation or modification requests.

• If your order is still in transit and requires an address change, they may be able to request this with your assigned courier.

Custom Products cannot be changed once they are in the production process.

Once a custom product is ordered, their team quickly goes to work to ensure your treats are ready to ship. Custom products are specially made to order just for you. Due to this, once a custom product is in the production process the order cannot be changed, canceled or returned.
