Standard shipping is FREE when you spend $49 or more. Shipping for all other orders is $10. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order before it is shipped.
They process orders within 1-2 business days. If your order is received after 3 pm EST, it will not be processed until the next business day. Orders received after 3 pm on Fridays and over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. Should there be a delay for any reason, they will contact you.

If the product is unopened, they will happily exchange it for another Nuria product, refunding or charging the difference. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
