*Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays).

*Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

*Standard Shipping orders placed by 2 PM EST will be shipped out of their warehouse by the next business day.

*2nd Day Shipping orders placed by 3 PM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped out of their warehouse the same day.

Please allow 60 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged. Save your shipping receipt and your tracking information until your return is processed.

You can return the unused portion of your purchase within 60 days of the ship date marked on the packing list for a refund of your purchase price, less processing, and handling.

*Call 866-605-9510 within 60 days of the ship date marked on the packing list to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Refunds cannot be processed without a valid RMA#.

*Write the RMA# in the space provided on the packing list AND on the outside of the return package.

*Indicate the reason for your return on the packing list.

*Securely package your return in the original shipping carton along with a copy of this packing list.

*Send the package to the following address within your guarantee period: NuGlow® Returns Dept. - (Your RMA#), 785 County Road CB, Suite 100, Neenah, WI 54956.
