Non-refundable charges include your service activation fee, account setup fee, and shipping. Please refer to their Terms of Service in Section 2:

The account setup fee is a one-time fee so that our team can verify, test, quality-check, and process your modem for shipment. This fee is non-refundable. The service activation fee is a one-time fee that is associated with the cost of activating your service by one of their wireless experts so that it is ready to use as soon as you receive it. This fee is non-refundable.

Even if you were to cancel your order before it's shipped, these charges remain non-refundable. The account setup fee is the cost of their team verifying, testing, quality checking, and processing your modem, as well as getting your new Nomad account setup. The service activation fee is the cost of activating your services when you receive your modem. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

All orders placed by 12:00 CST on regular business days, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00 CST on regular business days or weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Nomad Flex Pay provides extended convenience by allowing you to rent a Nomad Modem as a monthly subscription instead of making a larger one-time payment upfront! With Nomad Flex Pay, the greatest rural Internet in the world is now affordable to everyone.

Nomad Flex Pay is a monthly fee that covers your modem rental for as long as you want service.

Nomad Internet is sad to see you leave Nomad. In order for them to cancel your account with them, per their Terms of Service, you need to fill out their online form here.

Yes, if you are ready to cancel your subscription with Nomad Internet, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you can find out more information in their Terms of Service regarding their return and cancellation policy. Consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing proper insurance, as they are not responsible for loss or damage to your return shipment.

Please note that you must contact Nomad before you return any item. Please fill out their online form here to request a cancellation. Please do not ship your modem before your formal cancellation request has been processed and RMA instructions are provided. Failure to formally request a cancellation of your membership, or shipping an item independently without contacting Nomad, may result in delays with cancelling your subscription and you will continue to be billed and charged.

Once your Nomad modem is delivered back to their warehouse, please allow 12–14 business days for your Nomad modem to be processed, inspected, and tested accordingly. You will be notified via email once your modem begins to process back in their warehouse.

Please note: Nomad cannot begin your return and refund process until your Nomad modem has been delivered back to their warehouse. They recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking information so they can verify that your Nomad modem has been returned.

Nomad believes in their services and products. So much so that they are willing to put their money where their mouth is. If, for any reason, you decide to not keep your Nomad service, you have up to 7 days to cancel your services from the moment your modem is delivered.

As per Nomad's terms of service, you will be refunded for both your membership fee and subscription if your cancellation request was made before the expiration of your 7-day money-back guarantee. If you decide to cancel your services with Nomad for any reason after your 7-day money-back guarantee, your membership and subscription will not be refunded.

Please note that shipping fees, service activation fees, and WiFi activation fees are all non-refundable, whether or not you are in your 7-day money-back guarantee.
