Are your meals appropriate for pets with certain medical issues?

They don't currently offer prescription diets for dogs or cats, but their team is happy to discuss your pet's needs and work directly with Dr. Justin Shmalberg to see if Nom Nom might be the right fit. Nom Nom always recommends consulting with your veterinarian, as they have your pet's full medical history and the best understanding of their specific needs.

Can I reschedule orders or cancel my account?

You can manage deliveries and reschedule upcoming orders in your account. To cancel your pet's fresh food subscription, contact them by email or by calling (415) 991-0669.

What is your return policy?

They are not able to accept returns since their fresh meals are perishable. But if you don't see the difference a fresh diet can make after 30 days of your pet eating Nom Nom, they will give you a full refund of your first 30 days of food.
