I want to change the address to which my order is being shipped or pick it up from a carrier’s office, can I do that?

Unfortunately so, Nice Kicks only ships to the customer's billing address and cannot be rerouted to a local store.

Can I cancel an order I just placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, they will do their best to do so; however, once the order is acknowledged by their warehouse, it’s more difficult to stop the process. All cancellations and returns are subject to a $10.00 Cancellation or Return Fee.

What is the return & exchange policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of your purchase. Your merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Prior to shipping, they request that you contact their customer service reps to inform them that you will be returning an item.
