To be able to view NFL Game Pass, you must download the latest version of their app via the iTunes app store.

As Adobe is phasing out support for FLASH PLAYER, Game Pass has committed to making all content available in HTML5, which can be used without installation or updates. With this in mind, Game Pass will not be available using Flash Player. For best results using HTML5 for watching our content, they recommend that you uninstall FLASH PLAYER on your device.

If you wish to make a change to the subscription product you have ordered please contact NFL. They will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible they will let you know about any changes to the price of the subscription product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If they cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract (see clause 7- Your rights to end the contract).

NFL is responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by them. If they fail to comply with these terms, they are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of their breaking this contract or their failure to use reasonable care and skill, but they are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both they and you knew it might happen.
