For fully assembled products, they will leverage their partner FloorFound to assist with the return at no additional cost. They will always cover the cost of shipping on every return. Each return is subject to a potential 15% restocking fee if the items are returned back to them in poor condition outside of what was disclosed during the return request process.
They have a limited 3-year warranty on frames, hardware, cover craftsmanship, and foam. There is a 5-year limited warranty on the Sunbrella fabric.
