If you are logged into your Name.com account, you can click your username in the top right (near the Person icon) and then use the drop-down menu to select Account Settings.

Premium Domains work a little differently than normal domain purchases do. If you search for a domain at Name.com and it says the domain is "Premium," it means that someone owns it and is willing to sell the domain name for the price listed. Name.com is not able to negotiate the price for you.

If you wish to purchase a Premium Domain, the process for doing so is slightly different than that of a normal domain name. With a Premium Domain name, a special level of review is required for the order, so the domain name will not go into your account right away. But don't panic—you should see it listed in your account within 5 to 10 business days if not sooner. While it is being reviewed, the domain will still show as available for purchase on their site. Keep in mind that if anyone tries to check out and buy it, the order would fail, and they would not be able to take it from you during the review period.

To see if your domain or product is eligible for a refund, please review their refund policy.

For security reasons, they cannot issue refunds over the phone. If you would like to cancel and refund a domain or product:

• Please login to your Name.com account.

• Go to your Order History page (in Account Settings) to request a refund on the order you are asking about.

• Once you find the order, click on the blue number for that order and then click the Request a Refund button on the right side of the screen.
