Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placement. After this time period, the order cannot be cancelled. You will have the option to return the item(s) at this point. For more details on how to return an order, please see the returns section of the FAQ.

Once your order is cancelled, they will send you an email notification, and they will update your Order History to show the cancelled order.

In the rare occasion that your package is damaged when it arrives at your shipping location, rest assured that they will do all they can to help resolve the situation to your satisfaction. To start a claim, fill out the customer service form or email shop@muscletech.com with your full name, phone number, and order confirmation number, as well as a brief description of the issue/damaged item. Damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Muscletech may require the item to be returned in its current state with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) as well as a return form provided by their customer service team. Muscletech will send out a replacement item once verified.

Once your order is shipped from their warehouse, they will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can also check that status by logging into your user account here.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.
