murmur accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, ApplePay, GooglePay, UnionPay, and PayPal.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of despatch.
Returned goods must be in an un-used, un-washed, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. For reasons of health and hygiene they cannot refund or exchange duvets, pillows, mattress toppers or toiletries unless they are faulty. Please note that all exchanges / refunds must be made through their customer services department and they can only process returns that you have purchased online. Refunds cannot be made through any of their stores under any circumstances.
Upon delivery of your order missing or damaged items must be reported within 48hours.
They will only refund the value of items returned and credit will be arranged within 14 days of receipt. If you receive a free gift and decide to return all or some of the product(s) under their 30 day return policy, thereby reducing the value of the original transaction to less than the free gift threshold the free gift must be returned. If the free gift is not returned, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the money refunded.

Every murmur product begins with Helen, their designer, who finds inspiration in the natural world and the surroundings. visiting places with exceptional natural beauty and designing colour schemes and patterns in the mould of murmur. Their collections are created in their Northern Ireland studio using a combination of vintage and modern techniques on hand-drawn motifs and subdued, refined colour palettes.
The gentle patterns and calming colour tones, which were inspired by the stunning Irish environment, produce a calming and welcoming atmosphere. Murmur encourages the idea that peace need not be monotonous. Their products are intended to enhance daily life and create memorable experiences.
