MUNICIPAL was created to inspire people to STRIVE FOR IT & go past any barriers standing in their way. The Sport Utility Gear they produce is the coziest, most fashionable, and adaptable iteration of the things you love to wear, and it was co-founded by Mark Wahlberg. Both Mark and his longtime business and creative partner Stephen Levinson have maintained that MUNICIPAL attitude. They eventually bumped into Harry Arnett, who during the course of his career oversaw a number of significant businesses.
